Our Story
Win-Win Solutions was born thanks to an inspiration that came through reading Stephen R. Covey’s book, “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”. It’s one of the most engaging books ever written.
I chose Win-Win from the seven habits because it best reflects my personality and aligns with the type of project we will create together.
Win-Win, in negotiation terms, signifies an outcome beneficial to both parties, resulting in only winners in a given situation.
This is the foundation upon which Win-Win Solutions is built.

Alessio Carone
With ten years of experience as the CEO of Carone Group, working closely with similar companies nationally and now internationally in France, Spain, and Romania through Carone Holding, I’ve built a qualified team by establishing a network of reliable and specialized suppliers and collaborators in the field. This network allows us to ensure a prompt response to any request.
For this reason, I wanted to create this reality that I can relate to and believe in.
